“I understand how SHEEO NGO interventions are vital for the well-being of the underprivileged, rural adolescents’ girls and young women in Tanzania.
I am so happy to be part of this organization and its leadership as our focus is to make a real difference in the lives of rural, impoverished girls and young women.
I’m honored to work for the benefit of the marginalized groups in our rural communities all over Tanzania and, ensure we mobilize necessary resources to support the life changing programs of SHEEO NGO for empowering girls and young women.
I am happy seeing the smiles on the faces of the people we help when their needs are met or challenges tackled.
We can not wait as nobody will come to sweep the cries of the marginalized ones in our communities rather we need to stand and show the way and whoever willing and with compassionate heart will find us on the way.  Let us work in solidarity and celebrate in solidarity."
Quote from Gloria during her speech when she got appointed and approved as Executive Director of SHEEO NGO in February 2024.
